First contact with TYPO3 in 2003 as an university student led to a permanent continuation with both the CMS and the community from a web developer and computer science perspective 'til today. Due years my role changed to a more business and community management oriented focus. Since 2008 I work for a company in Berlin which is strongly connected with TYPO3 and other FOSS for public institutions.

In 2013-2019 I organized the TYPO3camp Berlin with other community member in Berlin and Brandenburg. Support in some groups like TYPO3 Education/Certification could be mentioned as well. Since 2008 I am writing, maintaining and teaching a computer science online course for VFH.de called content management systems, using TYPO3, focussing on integration role. Supervising up to 2 or 3 BSc and MSc candidates per year using a research issue referencing TYPO3, CMS, WWW or web development in general, common and own research interests were handled, too.
